You should apply for a margin account to avoid the waiting period if that's what you're looking for. Research.

All you do is tell them you want a margin account. The $25,000 is for day traders not margin accounts. Then you can buy and sell the same day. You just then wait 72 hrs for funds from sale to clear before buying again.
