RD "Dilution never really was the problem in the past. It was dumpage." I strongly disagree. Dilution was a very important problem. It meant that earnings per share grew a lot more slowly than profits. The fact that a lot of those shares were sold enhanced the problem.
I don't know if you have zero on ignore at this point, but have you considered his point that the government filings may be "faked", for lack of a better word?
Something seems really off with this company ( to say the least).
I don't know if it was a scam from the beginning or it started off with good intentions and became a scam, but the whole thing stinks like yesterday's diapers.
