Great question. I personally would feel better if the company released a public statement regarding the status of the purchase.
I think the purchase could be huge; however, my primary concern is that with the multiple directions this company is going, and multiple acqusitions happening simultaneously, is that the company may be stretching themselves too thin. I really hipe that this company isnt faced with an unexpexted hurdle anytime soon because it could pose a threat to the companies infrastructure.
I really wish they would begin consolidating and solidifying what they have going on now rather than continuing to expand expand expand.
