#12591 RE: Jocynda #12587

The dark, normally unoccupied DCLT "HQ" in the micro stripmall in Friendswood may have escaped the massive flooding in Friendswood, and CEO ReclinerTimmy's Casa de ReclinerTimmy on York just barely did from the Chigger Creek overflow (literally only a few blocks away from the DCLT CEO's pizza-and-GolfChannel hole-up), butt Friendswood was massively flooded in August. FEMA was all over the place and the SBA made tens of millions of dollars in disaster relief home and business loans to Friendswood properties since August. Over one-third of all Friendswood homes were flooded. Most of the city is in a flood zone. The city was declared a Federal disaster area.

Just a simple fact.
