BINGO ! eward368... I heard the same thing on another board and tried to bring it to this boards attention, how management is a little to generous with options and raising money but Bryan is out there saying we are cash flow positive and they can drill away in a non-dilutive manor. Makes no sense to dilute this under $2.
Interesting.. not sure what to make of the call. I had them call me after I signed up for their mailing list but haven't heard anything recently. I was in the June 2017 private placement. When they announced this last private placement in March I tried like crazy with calls and emails to IR, the company and Clarus Securities that was in charge of the last round of private placement. I even called them all on the first day, but I got shut out because they were "only going with institutional money" for the last round. My guess is that they are just updating their data base.
