Yes they do! So many OTCM companies have institutional investors. I have to add that institutional investors pick the solid companies out of the OTCM market and apparently OW is on that path.

I’ll give you a few examples: Air Canada and Lufthansa trade on the OTCM. In fact China’s largest conglomerate is a pinky. Look it up, Tancent Holdings :) and they have $hit loads of institutional investors

For now it doesn't matter who's the Institutional investor. When the time is right we will all know the answer. All I know is Someone believes in OWCP enough to put up 5 MILLION!!
