I think that ECAB (FD) received those shares. For services provided. For settling the bond. I suppose there are a lot of legal costs involved.

Would you rather that Solomon issued another 1M SIAF shares to ECAB?

Obviously these TRW shares are useless to the bond holders if all they want to do is get out. But not to FD. He believes in TRW.
