If you got transferred-from-Sottrade which didn't-charge should-be-grandfathered in under same terms, I will check -- never had that B4 and it would suck.

What sucks worst is OCSY management pulling the announcement with one day notice, not a pre-14C well in advance to give notice; also their explanation sounds disrespectful to the folks who've owned shares for a while, minimizes them as if they're not serious investors: many a stock has gone from pennies to OTCQB and not been more reliable, we'll see: perception means a lot so hopefully they'll get the new traders they want.

Not sure what to tell you, TDA hasn't and I don't understand why they think they would be able to. The company is the one making the change, the stockholder shouldn't be charged. They should pay US for this s41t.
