If you have over $100,000 in your account, there is no charge for a R/S. If not it will cost you $38. It has been over two years since I was under 100K. R/S may be more now not sure

Whether their optimistic projections on PPS hold up depends on how many dump after getting their new shares -- there's often a dip then it might go back up, high high depending on news.
Will be equivalent of .0002 around a dime.

no broker shouldn't charge you, I don't believe Scottrade did -- some say otherwise. If they charge try to dispute it, ask them.
In a a day or two maybe til Monday if we're lucky shares will be available to trade tomorrow.
Not all brokers the same, I've not gone thru this with TD, Scottrade was much more transparent
-- someone said Fidelity already converted and former shares are freely trading?
