It is regulated and there are penalties for fraud. I was in two pinks over the years where the CEO's are currently in prison. Here are their CEO'S:

The legality of that is way above my pay grade, everyone who signs off on the quarterly filings should be accountable for what they have submitted even in OTC land. The lawyers, Bailey, and Berman submit those with their signatures and oath that it is current and truthful.

OTC is full of pos people/companies who are taking advantage of the system, but the one part that sticks with me is the third party lawyer. He wouldn't just take them at their word right? He would probably demand to see sales reports at the least, or contracts etc...

Anyone with real knowledge on this feel free to chime in.
