Norwegian
Absolutely. Do not give any thought about book value. Disregard COSO.
Presume that Garret is a fool. Solomon determined to lose all his money and all respect.

Sell!

Norwegian: I am thinking the same thing. I'm definately not buying, either the shares are a terrific deal or a total rip off, who knows?

One option is to start selling, maybe 1/12 per month and be out in a year regardless of what happens.

Not sure what I'm going to do. Very disappointed and surprised at the about turn the company took since December of last year, totally different behavior.

Although we know the answer to this, when in the recent memory have we shareholders benefited by holding SIAF

You bought/increased based on the PR about the TRW-dividend, no? I.e you have a 80% loss? If you're willing to risk the last 20% then maybe it's better to consider taking actions against Solomon?

The combination of the TRW-dividend (not happening) and ECAB-dilution happening at the same time is the key for those of us who bought/increased based on the information about the TRW-shares. Solomon had the duty to inform the market as soon as he knew the TRW-dividend was delayed, and also the end of the non-dilutive ECAB-deal was a material event IMO. As well as the ECAB-deal itself. None of this were done, and it all destroyed the value of SIAF.

My wet fantasy is that Solomon would have to compensate retail shareholders (for the dilution of the TRW-dividend) with his own shares (as well as loosing his compensation scheme and forced out). THEN he would feel our pain :-)
