Because he didnt see or didnt read the PR that explained why they chose to file the SB2. THe SB2 kills two birds with one stone so to speak. It requires them to file which, they need to do go to the OTCBB, and it also allows them to register more shares which they will need for investors to purchase to go forward with their business plan. So insted of having to file two seperate forms, and incure the additional expense that goes with filing two forms, hey are doing it with one filing.

. the AMEX application. We all realize this may be a future goal but they must become a reporting company to qualify and it will take some time to meet the AMEX criteria. Its likely they have bigger fish to fry meeting the requests for the bank loan and moving forward with Drexel. Short term it looks like they raised working capital with those REGDEX's and that should give them a healthy push into the next phase with Drexel. JMHO
