That's all well and fine, but next time you speak to Alex ask him, there has been multiple times now that quarterly reports have been either late or have had to be amended (the same one multiple times) if he wants to be a respectable company and uplist, review the files prior to the deadline and make sure they're in order for a one time, on time, and correct release.
