CTSI has a small block at .0115 with cant on the ask at .012 earlier. When CTSI bid filled they immediately moved 15k to .012-
Usually a sign CTSI want to load- but isn’t quite sure at what PPS yet.
Typically when people hold with CTSI doing this... they will bring bigger bids up- historically on SSOF most of the time.
