lol, you are correct. Many of us who have been around awhile would love for a "pump" to happen. OWCP is the exact opposite of that description. They are extremely quiet and only announce news when they need to. As for the dump? That's stupid. OWCP has a very low float and confirmed no dilution. OWCP is setting up for a major year and now we have the money to really push ahead. I'm buying a few more shares today! Peace!
