Good question... I feel that with that nasdaq bump it will start its upward movement.

Theres been alot of talk about the NASDAQ uplist. Of course NASDAQ the minimum price per share is $4 and yet they speak of it very confidently. That makes me think several things:

-either they know that as we approach the end of Phase 2 for the tumor shrinking drug OXS - 1550 the results have been very positive and they are expecting quite the spike in PPS when they are finally ready to announce
- in correlation with that they might be in talks for some big external funding to be thrown at the positive Phase 2 results, the public announcement of which would again have a very positive impact on PPS.
-and the icing on the cake could be that there is some plan for a stock buy back progam.

Now its very important to say that this is sheer speculation on my part. I'm not pretending that I heard any rumors or such. Just attempting to suss out how we would get to NASDAQ from here.
