There is no question that something went terribly wrong at Q. I only wish those "reporters" writing stuff about the company would be more responsible when checking their facts. Scott Withers was not a store manager at Blockbuster. He was a manager at their communications department. Before that, he worked for about 10 years with CNN and later was the spokesperson for an energy company in Dallas. Lived in London and graduated from Syracuse U. So maybe he is one of the guilty parties, but he was not pulled out of a low-paying job to go to Q. The guy knows his job...and maybe it all went up to his head too soon.
