Yes, but if I sell the shares back to Ameritrade, will I be missing out on anything in terms of the company being sold and the shareholders being compensated? Is Qbid being sold, or is that another sham? And, if I get rid of the shares, will I miss out? Thanks.
Good advice, unless you need the tax loss, what do you have to loose, other than sleep? By the way, that $40.00 is an expense you can use to off-set realised investment gains on your taxes. Cold comfort, but you might as well throw it into the pot. IF they recover anything from Olsen, and/or if the Cinemax deal goes thru, you might make back a few $ in the end.
