$ ONCI. As more traders see there is no dilution and see that ONCI is steady moving up then there will be more Buyers coming in to Buy up the Cheapies and it want be much longer to Penny Land IMO. Bar Charts is showing the opinion of the Markets and Bar Charts say BUY. MORE BUYS!!!
