LMAO..this rubber-stamped attorney letter is WORTHLESS!!!

So get this glaring boner--

The Company has nine billion (12,000,000,000) authorized shares

LOLOLOL!!! DOES THIS GUY EVEN HAVE A LAW LICENSE???? Which is it Simon... 9 or 12???? HAR HAR HAR!!! That alone should render the letter worthless.

Then there's this classic "cover your azz" disclaimer--
