Agreed. I think the JVs allow them to scale faster. All the deals came with share allotments tied to performance metrics.(except original vert, where he probably learned his lesson) So essentially Canopy gets experienced management teams, motivated by share compensation goals. BC Tweed’s 60/40 split is one hell of a heavy price to pay for these privileges. I suppose 2.3 million square feet of production is a mega deal though.
