Ok. I have seen it posted both ways, as an Amendment or as a Stock Split before. Just ran across it and thought I would share it. I also noticed they had just increased it in March of this year also. I didn't look up to see what their O/S was last reported. I guess they just decided to reduce the A/S back down...No biggie then! GLTA
