I cannot and will not go so far as to call fraud on all them. It's possible but I have no proof of that. It's also possible they are all just sadly mistaken in their beliefs of what they tout. Numerous lies, over the years, have been told by them, but that doesnt constitute fraud. Alot of bs and fluff in PRs, etc, as well, but that also does not constitute fraud. In my book it is a crime to call someone a fraud without proof. If you have such proof, let's see it. My conclusions are based on logic, critical thinking & years of all the research I could muster and/or wrap my head around. For example, I have never seen anyone directly have a credible argument to dispute my above example of how Apple would not just let that happen to themselves so easily. Some of these companies, such as Google, Microsoft, etc, do not need to be "waiting for" or "following" Apple's lead. They are rich & powerful enough on there own to jump on the priceless opportunity, if they believed the patents were truly "all cracked up to be". By the same token about how Apple couldn't be that stupid to let themselves get put in that position by Google, it's just as true that Google would not be very likely to grab such high an opportunity to stick it to Apple.

There also is never an answer as to where did all these hundreds of alleged infringers get the patented technology from in the 1st place?

5 years ago, you could not have told a single person that there would be no sale or licenses 5 yrs later. 4 years ago you could not have. 3 yrs ago you could not have. 2 years ago you could not have. And for the most part, not even one year ago. And yet somehow it manages to never get licensed or sold nor has there been any damages paid not return of lost/stolen 125 million shares. But we got more pagents & more patents and more alleged infringers & higher & higher damages & more and more court cases...

Also, the pps has never been commensurate with a company whose managers swear that the entire voip market will have to bow down to them. There are lots of excuses & lots of half baked explanations for certain aspects, but the bottom line is: 20 yrs as a company, nada. 11 yrs as vplm, nada. Approx 6 yrs as up for sale, or licensure, nada. 8 IPR wins, still nada. Going on 6 mos later, nada. I know these things take time. 20 years for this company is a lot of time. Imagine...5 & a half mos after an "unprecedented" miracle clean sweep, plus what are universally called totally frivolous charges by Apple, still nada.
