You both assume that a large volume spike is caused or will be perceived as a pump and dump and is not needed...

When a stock is as tightly held as this one, I never use the term Float Locked Up, then there is large volume do to the exchange of current owners take profit on the way up..via the ask and then the new higher low holders doing the same.

A true move up is done thru a exchange of shares and not done by a sudden spike where MM gap it up...only to have it drop back as fast. I am talking an actual move up do to the exchange of shares because the actual demand is there...which is caused by the company and its actions.

Also not sure what stocks your trading, you give one example...but volume is not and if its true trading should not be assumed that its because there are million of shares in the OS or float that can be sold...its the exchange of shares, no matter the size of the float or OS done over a period of time... In other words I have 500K I sell them to you and with in 24 hours you sell them to a new holder and so forth... all the while the stock is climbing... all of us make our money and there is no fall back due to a false run. To do this you need more then an average of 15 million shares traded a day.
