Well, maybe I've been there... I know for a fact that fins now or later make no difference. Its who has the most money and time to delay suit. In my case I lost, and I was innocent... money talks in lawsuits... the fins, or how much money your making makes no difference.. ARYC case is similar to mine. I just didn't have the capital to keep fighting. Fins have nothing to do with it.
