No, my point is RXMD is REMOVING CASH from RXMD Shareholders on the one hand, and on the other Telling Shareholders they have to keep CASH and use Chicago Ventures and Toxic Convertibles Diluting the PP out of Shareholders for a 300k Acquisition. Seriously??

LOL Sparky Financial should be issued FREE Shares, not CASH... The IRONY...
