I am of the opinion that is what Tata is after.

I am fairly certain it is the basic system they use on their own network...from an aquisition in 2004.

Veno, I believe the TATA PR referred to partnership between themselves and Kodiak (CC solution), OnMobile (VR solution), Qualcomm, and another company. I was just saying sometimes companies take interest in a small company for the originality of the idea, then take that idea and move on it themselves (without the small company). Not suggesting, one way or the other, that i's happened here...just the possibility of happening.
