things have changed since then

the site is now 50ha,

they will move into the pre existing facility while they await for building plan approval,land lease signed for the 50ha site .
i believe their land use fee will be waived.(that is speculation on my part,so don't take that to the bank.)

what i haven't confirmed is what their access to mulberry is when they first get started.
i believed that local farmers were going to be contracted to supply,but can't recall this being mentioned since their first plans.

2 members from the vietnamese task force are visiting mulberry fields later this week,hopefully a clue comes from that.

woke up this morning,saw nothing on td news for kbl,didn't check my email and come home to see announcement.lol
