Great news!! David Lazar now owns the shell and can commence with the R/M. Lazar is the only person who is listed on the Board of Directors on NV SOS.

We should hear something sometime this month about the company that is R/M into RARS. New officers are due on 6/30/18, but I have a feeling this shell is already sold and we should see action in the near future.
