They wouldn't want a grey. No quotations...and they aren't going to want to take the risk of trying to get the ticker back to quoted trading...which would be almost impossible.

They would have to find a MM willing to stick their neck out (for/with a grey) ...not going to happen/wont be a grey ticker.
