Your kidding right, PnD's last however long they need to last. Some very short some a few months and some until they dump as many shares as needed to pay back past investors they screwed over or until everyone involved makes a ton of money. Some are very elaborate and well thought out. Go look at DRYS and see how long that one took AND their still in operations.
