Dan and Nisse should seriously consider resigning if they can't convince Solomon to pay a dividend. For their own protection. And then this company will be like all those other Chinese companies. Total failures.

Agree Rock. Just seems they're asleep at the wheel here. Maybe if they got a lot of complaints about SIAF they would do something about it, but who knows.

believe me - nobody wanted this to be a fraud. for one I sure wanted it to be legitimate. the energy expended in trying to make it work was just surreal. when you find one of these situations you want so desperately for it to be real. the more time spent and tired kicked and stories told - you are drawn closer and closer - so close that you are willing to sacrifice anything to make it true when everyone around you is literally screaming - screaming at you that it's a completely fake operation with some starter farms built on borrowed land inside of cooperative joint ventures paid for and funded by selling shares from what's essentially an OTC scam that "develops" assets and then puts signage on them. in a perfect world these CJV assets would be usable but in China they're nothing. it's the biggest disappointment of my life. it took months and months of work and so many private equity people reviewing the data we brought to them.... all we got was laughter. you spend a thousand hours on something and desperately want your work to be rewarded with something of value. indeed this is not the case. sorry. then there's the yashfeng "herb" deal and we literally spent 10 years on that one. sat across from the CEO of the company (both of them) and they told us straight to our faces that they were taking all the assets back. sometimes the legitimate deals don't work because they're designed to fail. in the case of SIAF it is just designed as a promotional scam from the very beginning. too bad they didn't use some of that $17USD stock and buy something real with it.
