Looks like an unplanned avenue for the sale of LTC units. Fortunately for us, LTC does not require all the (FDA) approvals in many other countries, as we do here in the U.S.!
If it's a sale (the first LTC sale), I'll take it!! Would rather it be a country like Belgium or France (where FDA-type regs in place, doubtless) than Bulgaria, but money is money! And a sale is a sale. Reinforces desirability of patented technology. Kaching!
