#1744 RE: PRAYFORME #1721

Conversation with Mark Miller from Sat 4/28

Mark is very transparent and no-nonsense. He's a blue collar guy who believes it's better to do work and get results before sharing news. He pointed out how even though some investors saw the SOS filings for the MedX share reductions, he didn't officially release the news about it until it was already completed. This is how he likes to do things. He was candid about the many OTC/Pinks who work the cycle of fluff PRs, sell paper & dilute, then rinse & repeat which rubs him the wrong way. He believes in adding value by getting his hands dirty and completing work.

He does make it a priority to respond to shareholder emails and calls, and also appreciates honest & respectful communication. For example, be open and let him know if you plan to share or post conversations or info that may have been from a private conversation, etc. I told him I had intentions to share our conversation on the board and he was fine.

I asked Mark to share with me what UITA's current focus is, how he's involved, and if/when we could expect synergies with MedX. Here are the highlights:

- Richard and Mark are actually family. They didn't publicize it, but Mark has more experience with filings and keeping up with the SEC requirements, so that's initially why he's involved. He said we'll see the filings as they get current and things develop, but don't expect a whole lot of fluff news. He also mentioned that he may officially step into the shareholder communication/IR role if it makes sense.

- A ticker change doesn't seem to be necessary now, but "aerospace" is going to come off the name. This is in regards to the company's new focus (and in turn removing the aerospace association). Mark used the analogy of a Swiss Army or "utility" knife to describe where Utilicraft is headed - a multipurpose entity for those who are outdoorsmen, enjoy hunting, fishing, etc. This is Richard's skill set - he's an outdoorsman.

- Mark did not mince words when he said that we should be hearing how Utilicraft will be working with MedX regarding the most recent MedX development (which I assumed to mean specifically the deal with Viridian Resources but might just be about entering the Cali MJ market in general, not sure). I don't know if this means like in the next couple weeks, or, as he put it, "in the Fall when California is harvesting."

- Mark did say that Richard and the company are currently working on something potentially patented & proprietary. I'm not sure if this is regarding the potential deal with MedX or something different entirely (my guess is the latter).

He said if you have questions, feel free to email him at his MedX email: mark@medxholdings.co.
