Here's my question...why dilute so much in the .03s? Wouldn't it make a lot more sense to get this thing moving and keep it moving, and dilute a little along the way. Anyone can figure out that if you dilute at .06, you get twice as much money, or .12, or .24 (whoa, okay, I might be getting a little ahead of myself here), but the point is, they say they aren't concerned about the share price right now, when they very much should be and should be taking steps to move it along...it's concerning to say the least.
I emailed IR a couple weeks ago about PRs, and here is the response. They try not to release promotional PRs...thanks mgmt!
