Joe, it could easily break through resistance but imo a meaningful move will require some news to bring in fresh meat. As far as the lack of news goes I think they are being careful from a legal standpoint due to all the failures of the past and disgruntled shareholders. I once read an article on trading otcs and the main jist of it was that you buy between prs and sell the news. Ive yet to read one article that recommended "investing" in otcs. Have you seen any? Got any links?
