I want a loan and I want covenants to tie his hands down from wasteful ventures. Carve out what you need for dividends or determine what cash flow can be created for dividends from operations. Announce it, stick to it, become a professional place, hire professionals at Triway and stay out their way. Retire and enjoy life that's what I want for Solomon.

Solomon have promised dividends for > half a freaking decade and already at least once promised an dividend policy that he, of course, didn't give a F about!!
This freaking madman is running ALL the show, everything! He doesn't give a sh*t about any of his shareholders only his own ego. When they say in the 10-K that the "management" of TRW is still convinced about the 100M loan it is the Savage himself talking!! NO ONE else!! Having delivered once, of the latest hundred "promises" he have more or less deliberately broken, make it just that, a 1 to 100 shot!!

I don't wish Solomon health problems or obviously even death.

Disagree! I guess the only thing to hope for is Karma doing his thing!!
