Not in defense of Stoll, but when she took her position, she was well aware of any existing problems and/or corruption.
She agreed to hold the title of "most culpable" when she accepted position of CEO.
Therefore, it stands to reason that she's either failed miserably to correct it or she just simply has Not one fiber of character, ethics nor morals.
Either way, she's most culpable.

Well, we only paid Stoll $68k. That sounds high, given the horrible performance of the company, but it is only around 11% of what we gave to Jenny.


I don't understand how he could be more responsible for financial operations than the CEO and CFO. Those two positions usually hold all of the obligations of fiscal responsibility between the two of them.
