...still think there is something else going on behind the scenes here...(contract in hand but cannot disclose yet, company-wide restructuring, another investor added to the mix)...pushing Note conversion out 1 year seems like it could have been handled via an 8k weeks, if not months ago. Or, TMPS is just in over their head a bit with their skeleton crew of employees.
I actually think the 10k is going to look all right due to all of the overhead reductions. But will still beg the question, where's the new revenue?
Was expecting more of a move on the stock price today...let's see what the week brings.
