Keep in mind before the last 1-200 RS, there were over 1 BILLION shares outstanding....yes with a "B". Thus, it would seem, this management team has an unlimited number of shares to sell. After the RS, there were 6 MILLION shares, which has now bloated to 111 MILLION shares, soon to go much higher.....and they see fit to give the insiders free shares. BTW....when the RS occurred, share price was about $20 per share....today we are at $1.36 (as of right now).....therefore all of the poor saps that had shares back right after the RS lost about 95% of their wealth......nice track record...yeah management deserves freebies and big salaries....what a joke.
