Yep illegal. Not the first time he did something illegal. At one time shareholder had controlling interest. Asked him over and over again who had controlling interest. He ignored the question. Then he had Roberton give him 5 billion shares for free to settle the mater. He didn't have controlling interest to do that without a vote. The one they could easily put him in prison for is when he said over and over again that this was a worldwide company that was supplying the automotive industry with things. They never sold anything or never had any revenue. SEC put some CEOs in prison for 20 years for that fraud. They ever look into this and he is behind bars.

Yep. Yates could have 1 share and hold 51% of voting rights. Illegal. He is so uneducated he is always doing things that could put him in prison.
