old version and bvtk will not sell for only 2,5M cash! these things will be a cash and stock deal mucher higher than that

Tommy boy is sadly mistaken.

He has a pocketful of "Strategic Alliance Agreements" and "Marketing Alliance Partnerships(?)", mostly with money losing or now-defunct entities, or expired agreements, and an unpatented, unwanted, probably obsolete product (ECrypt).

And he thinks he'd get more than $2.5MM for it?
