seriously, if one thinks that
OMVS/RAD is looking for sophisticated investors after R/S should look at convertible debt due in MAY, just need to look at fins, posted from 4th quarter last year..that doesn't even cover any new debt now, no real financial data to base investing in after R/S

company just came off six months of not filing fins, and 2 different CPA's of which one was supposedly a distinguished CPA, left OMVS/RAD ..RED Flag

with all the convertible debt due in MAY, with the OS over 130 million and more converting before R/S, this will show in restatement before R/S mark that..
and with all the preferred convertible OS would have been well over the 480 million without R/S

So OMVS/RAD needs to R/S or raise Authorized shares..plain and simple so the R/S comes in...Large convertibles start MID-MAY just right after R/S
so no dollar land for long, will be trading around this range within a month, mark that...

if more sophisticated investors were interested the money would be here already. run while you can. maybe pick up cheapies after r/s and the dilution to follow.
