Great, I wasn't the one making the definitive statement that it was fake.

We don't really know one way or another.

Even if it is old...it can't be that old given how recent the relationship with DPT is...less than a year.

so at some point in the last year they assigned a value of $3.5 million (including the debt)...and frankly not much has happened in the last year to change that...although the market cap is currently at just over $12 million...

...so there's that ;-)

Post the address of the corporate headquarters for DarkPulse - where are the employees located?

Plus, DarkPulse doesn't own any patents.

The Proforma has been completely fabricated and is based on wishful thinking/pinkyland fantasies or worse - a attempt to deceive investors and pump Bravatek.

TenKay is a expert in doing real valuations - it would be interesting if TK did a valuation after the 10-K.

I believe the valuation of Bravatek is $0 because of the toxic debt and the financial burden of HelpComm.

So a document like it exists....Dark Pulse Deck...deck is a Bain Consulting term for a forecast...that is good to know that it was old and not a fake. I wonder how much the five year forecast for DPT has changed. Those were some impressive numbers.
