In any event, CEO cannot buy on the open market personally, except the 30 days after a filing. Another SEC violation. I doubt very much that the CEO is breaking SEC rules just before he gets the company actually running. That would be the very height of folly.
So, no there is no share buyback happening. Wait for the fricking quarterly report to learn what is going on. Speculation is just that - guessing.
