Breeze, this is one hell of an endorsement. One can easily read between the lines here - in the the legal environment, this can be translated with implication: “the next case I see, where the driver HAS broken the law, and where a fleet operator has NOT demonstrated effort to eliminate the distraction of cell phone calls, messages,etc. through the the use of this product (that I took the time and opportunity to ‘urge’)... I will NOT be forgiving.”
I expect more and more fleet operators - and their insurance underwriters - to pay attention to this sort of ‘urging’. Definitely a good thing for ONCI!
