You make some good points. Just to be clear my background is in Information Technology and I am not familiar with how OTC stocks perform. I made that statement with hopes someone with more expertise with OTC stocks could better explain it. What it looks like to me is when you have a stock that has not yet reported any financials. People selling off shares for a high amount are taking money out of the company. Then when they buy them back after the price drops this would have to have a negative effect on a stock price trying to increase. I realize when financials are reported and when we have a clearer picture of what’s going on this should be different. However, in the meantime it seems like the companies stock price keeps decreasing which is offering more opportunity for a flippers to increase their position to buy and sell more. Just my opinion and I could be wrong.
