$ ONCI. I read back through the last Run and know what was being said back then and what is being said now which is completely different now. From 9/27/2017 to 11/06/2017 post will clearly show the facts and it doesnt look good for the 5% IMO. The PP,s over the past couple of months clearly shows a Double and with the Update Coming and Bar Charts having BUY rating on ONCI i look for a Strong run up from here Myself.
