Was lurking this Ihsi group and found it posted under a comment thread... It’s hard to believe whether you’re pro or against bvtk.

Also just a deviation from tenkays analysis of use of proceeds for bvtk asset acqusition, the 2.5m in funds needed is just the funds allocated from the IPO needed to acquire bvtk and assets. It does not mean that bvtk is worth 2.5m. It could be possible they dpt has other funds and only need an additional 2.5m to acquire a MAJORITY stake.
