Many here initially speculated IHSI as a candidate.Many bought 10s of millions of shares in anticipation. Nonetheless ,it will definitely be very interesting to see how everything pans out in the weeks to come.
It is still listed as active in Nevada. Only thing is they are late with annual report. They are also late with their SEC filing, and have quite a lot of convertible debt.
There would be a lot of cleaning up to do and with a 15 BILLION OS a massive RS in the process.
If Dennis was desperate perhaps Devon Jones can let him have it, but I don’t think it would be smart. The way the PR is worded it would have to be a Delaware Corp now.
